At MyInvitations.io, we provide customized digital invitations (PDFs & videos). As each invitation is personalized based on user inputs, we follow a structured policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Nature of Product

  • All products are digital and customized
  • Products are generated based on the details entered by the user

2. Returns

As this is a digital service, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before the final product is generated or delivered
  • Once the product has been generated or accessed, cancellation is not applicable

4. Support & Resolution

  • If you face any issue, our team will first work with you to resolve it
  • This includes corrections, technical fixes, or guidance

If the issue is not resolved within 7 days of purchase, a full refund will be initiated.

5. Download Guarantee

  • If you are unable to download your final invitation due to a technical issue from our side, you will be eligible for a full refund
  • Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for any download-related issues
  • Multiple payments made will be treated as separate orders

6. Refund Eligibility

  • Product not delivered after successful payment
  • Technical issues (file not opening, corrupted output, etc.)
  • Major mismatch between selected design and delivered output
  • Duplicate payment

7. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect details provided by the user
  • Minor design differences (colors, fonts, layout perception)
  • Product successfully delivered and accessible without any issue

8. Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
