Return & Cancellation Policy

At MyInvitations.io, we provide customized digital invitations (PDFs, videos & website invitations). As each invitation is personalized based on user inputs, we follow a structured policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Nature of Product

  • All products are digital and customized
  • Products are generated based on the details entered by the user

2. Returns

As this is a digital service, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before the final product is generated or delivered
  • Once the product has been generated, delivered or accessed, cancellation is not applicable and no refund is given

4. Support & Resolution

  • If you face any issue, such as a download problem, a file not opening, or the product not matching your selected design, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
  • We will resolve the issue within 24 to 72 hours of your complaint
  • This includes corrections, technical fixes, or guidance

If we are unable to resolve the issue within this period, you will receive a 100% refund.

5. Free Edits

  • Website invitations: unlimited edits
  • PDF and video invitations: 3 free edits
  • Edits apply to the details added by the user (names, dates, venue, text, photos, etc.)
  • Editing is not possible on any theme or design
  • If you entered incorrect details, please use your edits to correct them

6. Refund Eligibility

  • Product not delivered after successful payment and if we are not able to resolve the issue
  • Technical issue from our side (download failure, file not opening, corrupted output, etc.) that remains unresolved after 72 hours
  • Major mismatch between selected design and delivered output that remains unresolved after 72 hours
  • Duplicate payment (multiple payments are treated as separate orders)

7. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect details provided by the user
  • Minor design differences (colors, fonts, layout perception)
  • Product successfully delivered and accessible without any issue

8. Refund Timeline

  • Issues must be raised within 7 days of purchase
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days
  • After processing, your bank may take 5-7 business days to show the amount in your account
