Because each invitation is custom-designed, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and edits.
1. Edits & Revisions
- You get revisions and downloads as per your selected package.
- These edits can include changes to the details you initially provided (like names, dates, venues, etc.).
- All edit requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the first draft in case of expert video order.
- For automated videos, you can preview your video as many times as you like — completely free of charge. Please place your order only after you are fully satisfied with the final preview. Once the order is placed, edits are not permitted unless they are included in the package you have selected. Our support team available on phone call between 11 a.m to 7 p.m
2. Download Guarantee
- Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re unable to download your final invitation within 24 hours due to a technical issue on our end, we will issue a full refund.
- Please contact our support team on whatsapp within 3 days of purchase if you encounter any download related problems.
- Multiple payments done from your side will be considered as separate orders.
3. Final File Delivery
- Once the final invitation PDF has been downloaded,your account will be updated with latest count of downloads and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a partial refund only if the order is canceled before the first draft is shared in case of video.
- After work begins, refunds are at the discretion of MyInvitations.io, based on how much progress has been made.
5. Free Templates
While we offer free templates, they are provided as-is and are not eligible for customisation support, refunds, or exchanges.
