Because each invitation is custom-designed, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and edits.

1. Edits & Revisions

• You receive one free revision with each custom design.
• Additional edits may be chargeable depending on the request.
• Revisions should be submitted within 3 days of the initial draft delivery.

2. Final File Delivery

• Once the final invitation PDF has been downloaded, your order is considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a partial refund only if the order is canceled before the first draft is shared.
• After work begins, refunds are at the discretion of MyInvitations.io, based on how much progress has been made.

4. Free Templates

While we offer free templates, they are provided as-is and are not eligible for customization support, refunds, or exchanges.
